Marbl — Privacy Policy. Last updated 9 September 2026.

Marbl is a Perth delivery business operated by a sole trader. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

WHAT WE COLLECT. Your name, delivery address, email address and phone number. Your order history and delivery preferences. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card number. We also receive standard technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address and browser type.

WHY WE COLLECT IT. To take and deliver your order, to text you the day before delivery, to contact you if something goes wrong, and to keep records we are required to keep. If you opt in, to send you occasional emails about Marbl. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH. Shopify, which hosts this store and processes payments on our behalf. Nobody else, except where the law requires it. We do not give your details to our supplying butcher.

OVERSEAS. Shopify stores data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. By using this store you consent to your information being handled there.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT. As long as you have an account with us, and afterwards only as long as we are required to for tax and business records.

SECURITY. This site uses encrypted connections and Shopify's security infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us sensitive information by email.

YOUR RIGHTS. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email counter@marbl-food.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first. If we cannot resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

COOKIES. We use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the site is used. You can block them in your browser, though the cart may stop working.

CHANGES. We will update this page if our practices change, and update the date at the top.
