Marbl — Delivery

How we deliver. We deliver by hand, in our own vehicle, to selected Perth suburbs. Check your postcode in “Do we reach you?” on our homepage. We do not ship by courier or post — every order is delivered in person.

When. Orders close at 11:59pm each Monday. Deliveries run across the following weekend, Saturday and Sunday. We text you the day before with your delivery day and an approximate time window.

Delivery fee. A flat $15 per order, shown before you pay.

How your order travels. Your meat is cut in Perth and packed on the morning of your delivery. It travels in an insulated liner with frozen gel packs inside a single-use box, so there is nothing to keep or return: flatten the box into your yellow recycling bin, and put the liner and gel packs in your general rubbish (or keep the gel packs for your own esky).

Someone needs to be home. Raw meat can't be left unattended, so please make sure someone can receive your delivery, or contact us in advance to arrange an alternative. If your plans change, text us on 0404 445 004 before we set out.

Problems on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, warm or not as described, contact us within 24 hours — see our Refund policy.
