How it works

  1. Step 1: Choose your box

    Pick a box and choose your cuts. The running total shows your box's weight before you pay. Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly and every box is 5% less.

  2. Step 2: Order by Monday

    Orders close 11:59pm Monday. That is when we place the week's order with our butcher.

  3. Step 3: Delivered that weekend

    Packed in Perth the morning it goes out. We text you the day before with your day and a rough time.

Questions

How do I choose my cuts?
Pick the box that suits you, then choose exactly the number of cuts it holds. The running total shows the estimated weight as you build, so you know roughly what's arriving before you pay.
Is the meat fresh or frozen?
Most cuts arrive fresh and chilled. A few prepared lines, like burger patties, arrive frozen — they're marked in the cut list. Everything is packed in Perth the morning your box goes out and kept cold with insulated packaging and ice packs all the way to your door.
What do I do with the packaging?
Everything is single-use, so there's nothing to keep or return. Flatten the box into your yellow recycling bin; the insulated liner and gel packs go in your general rubbish (or keep the gel packs for your own esky).
What day will my box arrive?
We deliver across the weekend. We'll text you the day before with your delivery day and an approximate time window.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — up to 11:59pm on the Monday of your delivery week. That's when we place the week's order with our butcher, so after that your box is already being prepared. Text or email us before then and we'll sort it out.
How is the weight worked out?
Every box holds a set number of cuts. Mix them however you like — the box price stays the same, and the running total shows your box's weight before you pay.
Do you deliver to my suburb?
We deliver to selected Perth suburbs for now. Use the delivery checker above to see if your postcode is covered.
Is a recurring delivery cheaper?
Yes. A recurring delivery is 5% less than the one-off price on every box. Choose Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly when you build your box.
What if I'm not home?
Raw meat can't be left unattended, so please make sure someone can take the delivery. If your plans change, text us on 0404 445 004 before we set out and we'll work something out.
How do I change the cuts in my subscription?
Log in and use Change your cuts before 11:59pm Monday, or text us on 0404 445 004. Changes apply from your next delivery.
